I love a cookbook called "Simple, Healthy and Delicious" and was looking for more healthy recipes to compliment a lot of the recipes that found like the Forbidden Rice and the Roasted Chicken recipes in that cookbook. While many of the recipes look tasty, many of the recipes average about 12 ingredients, even though they are easy to find. That right there might put a strain on some people who are time crunched as most of us are. It is not fast and easy as expected. Overall, it is a good book, according to my friend Sarah who has the other book and who bought this one for me as a gift, if you are on the whole 30 round or just want to stick to the principles. We will see! I am going to try the Creamy Kale Soup and the Steamed Cod this weekend.
