Overview

What if you’re a nerdy med student and a womanizing rock star wants you as her next conquest—then leaves you totally humiliated.

Now fast-forward eleven years.

Sexy and magnetic, Australian rock star Austen Farleigh is at the height of her spectacular career. Her penchant for one-night stands is as famous as her many songs.

American Dr. Merritt Harrington now works for Doctors Without Borders and is at a crossroads in her life. Her last assignment in the Andes Mountains was harrowing, and her love life at a dead end. No one has been able to ignite even a tiny spark since Austen—damn her.

When they meet again in Australia, Merritt is desperate to keep Austen at arm’s length. But temptation whispers in her ear.

From the US to Peru to Australia and the highlands of Papua New Guinea, their desire for one another is on an uncontrollable collision course—with a force they may no longer be able to ignore.

About the Author

Born and bred in Queensland, Australia, Maggie has always been an advocate for women’s rights. An avid reader, she only discovered lesbian literature ten years ago, which opened a whole new world to her. A long-term artist, she turned her hand to writing for a different challenge. It’s become her passion, and she now has eight books on the shelves, two of which were finalists in the Golden Crown Literary awards. Her novels vary from thrillers to romances. Maggie loves dotting her pages with lots of interesting characters, and writes about relationships with a humorous eye. When she’s not writing, she’s a golf hacker, card sharp and movie buff, and particularly likes to chill out at night with a glass of wine and a good book.

Leni Hanson is a crazy romantic. Disproving the saying "love is nothing in tennis," she's married to her tennis partner. She enjoys watching college football (Roll Tide), MLB, and all women's sports, in addition to shows like Beacon Hill. An avid collector of unique objects from around the world, she treasures her Ramses Wissa Wassef tapestry the most. She lives in the US.
