Beyond the preconceived "normal" depths of the mind, we are naturally drawn to connect through emotion. Shared perspectives, failures, joy, sadness, and everything in between can actively make our world feel a bit more comfortable because our intricacies are not meant to keep us divided. Through my unraveling, I have softened into the awareness that stories must be shared as an effort to provide others with words, or feelings, about their own experiences. This book is just that. The Embrace of Duality is a personal and poetic diary of moments throughout my life that brought space for reflection.
