Viola is a new student at England's most secretive Boarding school. Viola needs to battle many of her own socio-economic problems while attending, and so faces unique challenges when she meets her new classmates. Viola suddenly learns that her classmates are ancient Greek mythological creatures, each with special powers. Some of the characters include: Zeus who has the power to control the sky, Poseidon who has the power to control water, and Hades who the power to control fire. Viola goes on her own journey of self discovery to find out why she is at this school and what ancient Greek goddess she happens to be. The Ancient Greek Academy is a book on ancient Greek mythology, history, and the Classics but includes modern topics of inequity, truth and society.
