About the Author

Lynsey West is a mom of four, including a set of triplets, with an entrepreneurial spirit who has been through the highs and lows of parenting multiples. She is the founder of Tripping Over Triplets, a site created to provide support for parents with multiples by providing resources that are tailored specifically for them.

She has been blogging about pregnancy, childbirth and parenting since she found out she was expecting triplets in 2018. She shares her personal story as an example to help other parents-to-be become confident in their own journey.

She soon realized that there were many others out there who needed encouragement and support during their journey. Her blog and social media are meant to be a resource for parents expecting twins and higher order multiples (triplets or more).
