Overview

Who would have thought that parents and grandparents could actually be right? Doug Nadler shares his wisdom gained slowly, through many years, and he explores some of the painful mistakes and memories from his own childhood. The author explains what he wishes he know about managing his personal and professional life when he was much younger. Although the troubles of childhood and adolescence cannot be avoided, we can all learn our lessons quickly and focus our attention on improving over time. Doug emphasizes taking responsibilities for decisions, not beating yourself up, and making careful plans to have a better future. The advice is doable. Following the advice can only help you, your child, or grandchild.

The goal of this book is to live a healthier, happier life and ultimately, to be better able to succeed in the world of adults.
