Overview

A Choreographic Memoir of a Song and Dance Man

Every career comes about and develops in its own magical way. The author of No Fairies. No Magic . a gay man, addresses that magic in a highly amusing and sometimes not so amusing way. An entertaining anecdote may help set the scene as he takes the reader through fifty plus years into the international world of plays, musicals, revues, operas, industrial shows, and the educational theatre. Ride along with those who aided and abetted him in his theatrical enterprises and into that amazing sphere of activity called Show-biz. His story starts as a young man in 1957. Fresh out of the army, he joins his ex-army buddy, Scott, as a dancer at La Nouvelle Eve Supper Club in Paris. From there his story unfolds through a labyrinth of the unknown. Be fearless, Have an adventure, Allow life to happen. These cliches or thoughts afford an extraordinary life if lived to the fullest as witnessed in this book.
