America's mad, bad vampires, werewolves, zombies, and other goblins have been given legal rights. Now it's up to Monster Czar Mike Hoffmann to arrest and prosecute monsters for the crimes they commit. The story opens with Dracula in the docket charged with murder, and closes at a Manhattan dinner party that includes vampires and werewolves. In between you encounter murderous high-school werewolves, monster run theme parks, monster prisons, vampire blood banks, and a powerful monster crime family led by a youthful creature named Father.
