Overview

Love Letters for the Soul emerged during a period of seeking and grief. In the aftermath of her life's greatest heartbreak, Heather was in dire need of being pulled from the abyss, so she turned to writing--the thing she always turns to for healing. But it took a different form; it took the form of poetry, and Heather believes that if she's a poet, you are too.

Love Letters for the Soul, #lovelettersforthesoul (the hashtag she began using on Instagram), is a collection of poems meant to help us embody our lives, learn to love ourselves however we are showing up, soften around our edges and embrace the world from a gentler, more easeful place.

About the Author

Heather Sage is a writer, poet and yoga educator who hails from southeast Ohio. She loves her family (and framily), meaningful conversation, nice humans, slow living and being in nature. When not putting pen to paper, she enjoys sewing (including making her own clothes), thrifting (+ thrift flipping), baking bread, reading and hiking. This is her first official book, though probably not her last as several other manuscripts are already written (in her head and on paper). Connect with Heather at https: //soulfabric.org and on Instagram @heather.sage_ by participating in the #lovelettersforthesoul hashtag party.
