VIJAYAKUMARAN NAIR K., PhD, has been Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology, Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching this subject to UG and PG students. Prof. Nair has held responsible positions as Chairman of Board of Studies, and Board of Examiners at Kerala University. He has also been Chairman of Board of Question Paper Setters at Kannur University and has successfully conducted research projects funded by the State Committee on Science, Technology and Environment (Govt. of Kerala) and University of Kerala. He has many research publications and books to his credit.VINOD CHANDRA S.S., PhD, is Director, Computer Centre, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. He is leading many e-Governance projects associated with universities and Kerala Government. With more than a decade of teaching experience in various engineering colleges in Kerala, he has published more than fifty research papers on a wide range of topics in Machine Intelligence. He has also authored three established books. He is a reviewer of many international journals and chair of many International conferences. His research areas include machine learning algorithms and computational biology.
