Overview

After a life-changing injury sends him home and ends his career, Josh Diaz doesn't know what to make of his life anymore. When he agrees to temporarily move in with his battle-buddy, Alvin, and Alvin's new partner, Carter, he just needs a minute to figure out his next move.

Lucky to be alive, he's learning to walk again with his brand new prosthesis, and the café down the street has him running directly into a small and broken man that he can't seem to get out of his head. Especially after making himself look like a jerk, he owes the man an apology.

Teddy's no stranger to being on the wrong side of someone's anger, he's got a lifetime of pain and heartache to prove it. When an embarrassing and painful encounter has him slamming smack into the gorgeous man with a limp and scowl, he's sure that things can't get much worse.

He should've known better, things can always get worse, they often do!

With little money, a sick grandma that he's trying to do right by, and an abusive uncle to survive, Teddy knows that heroes only exist in the movies. That is until he meets the gorgeous, Josh Diaz, and his best friends slash roommates who're determined to stop the hits that just keep on coming.

Will a lifetime of being unwanted continue to be Teddy's pain, or will he finally know what it's like to be saved? Or maybe, just maybe, will he do a little saving of his own?

*This book does contain strong language and sexual situations between men* You're welcome ;)

About the Author

enny Wood- Stay at home mother/writer. She's bout to turn 35, but she'll still try to pull off 29 for at least another year. That'll work, right? She has two amazing sons, both teenagers now and three rowdy pups.
She's got the most amazing husband who she can't decide if she wants to bury him in the back yard or marry him all over again most days, but she appreciates him so much for not yelling when she shush him, and not divorcing her when she gets into the zone and writes for hours at a time.

She lives in a tiny, Indiana town and hopes that you all loves these guys as much as she does. :)
