About the Author

Emily Greenhalgh is the author of Fun with Oceans and Seas and an award-winning science journalist whose work has been featured in USA Today, the Boston Globe, Gizmodo, the World Meteorological Organization, and science textbooks. She lives on Cape Cod, Massachussetts, with her husband, their two dogs, and one semi-tolerant cat.

Candela Ferrández is a freelance illustrator based in Barcelona, Spain. After studying fine arts at Salamanca University, she earned a postgraduate degree in illustration at EINA (Barcelona). Her illustrations have been published by Milan Presse, Éditions Larousse, Fleurus, and Penguin Random House, including those in Fun with 50 States, Fun with National Parks, and Fun with Oceans and Seas.
