About the Author

K.F. Anthony is a poet, editor, educator and life coach. Her love affair with writing began early. Being the only child of an english teacher, she was introduced to poetry at a young age. Her penchant for written exposition evolved when she began reciting and writing poetry as a teen through adulthood.

As an adjunct psychology professor and life coach, she has a fervent passion for helping people overcome external and internal obstacles, accomplish their goals, and discover their true passions. Her poetry uniquely combines her flair for writing with her passion for supporting people through the process of developing their inner strengths.
