A May-December romance blooms between a young English actor named Peter Turner (Jamie Bell) and aging Hollywood movie star Gloria Grahame (Annette Bening). When the actress develops terminal cancer, Turner cares for her while she stays at his family's home in Liverpool. Directed by Paul McGuigan, Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool is based on Peter Turner's memoir of the same name. ~ Jack Rodgers
