Overview

I spent my childhood in my mother’s kitchen where I observed her every move and in my adult life I continued to cherish her culinary skills. My mother passed her zest for cooking on to me. I cook with the passion of a bygone era and pay homage to my mother and grandmothers every time I prepare Italian dishes from the Sicilian and Neapolitan traditions. Cucina D'Amelia, pays homage to the Italian and Sicilian in me. With Pasta Fagioli, Cavatelli With Chopped Meat Gravy, Eggplant over Ziti Pomadora, Capanatina, Eggplant Parmigana, Amelia's Meatball Recipe, White Cauliflower Saute, Spinach & Boiled Potatoes, and dozens more scrumptious Italian-Sicilian recipes. Mange & Salute.
