About the Author

Michael Harris wrote “A Stroll Down Piccadilly” in honor of his older brother James, who served his country in the Royal Marines during World War ll. Michael was a well-seasoned traveler and enjoyed Italy the most and learnt the language quite well. He was educated at Oxford University and graduated in Theology. He lived in Stratford-Upon-Avon where he retired and lived with his wife Kathy until his passing.
Sharon Oxley found this manuscript among her father’s possessions after his passing and believes it was his contention of publishing the manuscript. It is with great pride that she publish it in his name.
