About the Author

Hermelinda is a psychologist-psychotherapist, school teacher and certified yoga and meditation teacher. She began a spiritual journey when she was fourteen years old, led by several Masters and Guru of both Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. Constant spiritual practice and yoga, performed in the higher forms of Raja and Kriya, have always been at the center of her life. Fundamental landmarks of her journey were the Anthroposophy of Rudolf Steiner, alchemical Hermeticism, the Fourth Way of Gurdjieff and the shamanism of Carlos Castaneda. Her studies and practices, over the years, have led her to a great synthesis of the teachings of different schools and traditions, in a constant search for a common background: a Unique Spiritual Tradition, which has taken different forms in time and space. In recent years, as she met new Masters and Tibetan Lama, she had the opportunity to complete this synthesis by exploring the paths of Advaita Vedanta Yoga and Bon Dzogchen Buddhism.
