Overview

This book is dedicated to every couple or individual who is struggling in their relationship and may be contemplating divorce because of sex. Maybe you're facing an extramarital affair and feel there is no going back, but we're going to tell you how we overcame precisely that and now enjoy a healthy sex life, and happy marriage.
Our book is intended to show our struggles in hopes it will help you with yours. For those who are like us, those who tried everything, read the books, prayed daily, joined the classes and seemingly doing all the right things did nothing because eventually, you ended up reverting to the same actions that put you on the search for better in the first place. If you're asking God, why can't I do better, why am I broken? You are not alone; we've been there.
In the next few pages, we ask your permission to tell you our story openly. Our story will take you down our childhood, our marriage, affair, addiction, and about how we found "#4" and why it changed our lives. We've found a tool that helped balance my sexual lifestyle that works for our marriage. After reading #4 our hope is, you'll find sexual balance and become grateful for the person you've been blessed with.
Fasten your seatbelts for a roller coaster ride. You're about to read how we work the ins and outs of the bedroom; in the sheets and in the streets.

About the Author

My name is Jeffrey LaDonis, but most people call me Jeff. I was born and raised in New Providence, Nassau, Bahamas. An interesting fact about me is I speak three languages, Creole, French, and English. I have seven siblings, three brothers, and four sisters. I've been married to the same woman, my best friend, for twenty-four years. We have one amazing daughter and currently reside in Georgia.

My toughest decision to this day has been writing this book because I've never felt smart or well- spoken. I turned 46 on July 27th, and for the past six years, I've been asking myself, what is my purpose, what legacy will I leave for future generations? I went to high school in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The students made fun of my accent and reading ability. Some called me dumb, and admittedly, it did hurt. In a way, maybe that shame kept me from using my voice and speaking my truth all these years. I believe this is my time to prove not only to them I'm worthy but also to myself. Lack of belief is a hurdle I no longer want in my life. I want to prove I'm capable and I can achieve anything I put my mind to, and I want to show the world that all it takes is courage, belief, and truth. Everyone has a story.

I grew up in Savannah, GA, on the south side, in a mostly white neighborhood. My parents were both teachers; I have one younger sister, and we’re 4.5 years apart. We were a lovely middle- class black family, living in a very prejudice city in the South in the mid-70s and 80s. My joy came mostly when I went to church and school, which was a small private school, other than the short amount of time I spent in public school. It was there that I got to hang around my black friends, all of who were from the west side of town. We would hang out as much as we could, we were like family.
