This piece of literary work was written to either introduce or remind the reader that the
contributions of Blacks trace back thousands of years ago and should never be ignored or
forgotten. These are 100 Black History facts that have either been concealed, whitewashed,
obscured or just not discussed enough. The sole purpose of this book is to educate and
enlighten each reader. By reading each historical fact, the reader will realize that the history of
Black people is an inseparable part of mankind, humanity and society as a whole. There's no
way for the history of the world to be taught, and omit or neglect the significant contributions,
achievements and accolades of people of African descent.

About the Author

Gabriel Scott is an independent historian that has had a passion and love for history since the
age of ten. He believes in teaching and sharing the truth regarding the history of Black people
across the globe. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts from the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh. He is the author of The "Chosen" Ones; Perception of Malcolm & Martin, that was published in 2010. He has given lectures at grade schools, youth organizations, church and some colleges. Scott has also written Black History and Civil Rights articles that are featured on
Blackhistory.com and Blackpast.org. He knows his purpose in life is to teach and educate
people. He currently resides in Northeast Ohio with his wife, Ashley, and their daughter.
