Francesca Tolot is known as one of the most skilled makeup artists in the world. Born in Italy and based in Los Angeles, she has an impressive following and long-standing relationships with Hollywood celebrities, from Marion Cotillard and the late Elizabeth Taylor to Mila Kunis and the Kardashians.
