Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm are world-famous storytellers. And the first edition of the collection, in which there were 86 fairy tales, came out with only 900 copies. Then the circulation began to grow rapidly. The influence of the Grimm brothers' tales was enormous, from the first edition these wonderful stories won the love of the children's audience. Since 2005, a collection of fairy tales of these German writers and collectors of folklore appears in the international UNESCO register "Memory of the World".
