David St. Onge's life began in San Salvador, El Salvador, but his formative years were spent in Texas with his adoptive family. Despite his young age, David had already seen much of the world, having traveled extensively throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Upon returning to the United States to complete his education, David discovered a passion for Computer Sciences. Since then, he has established himself as a seasoned IT professional, building an impressive career in the field. However, his interests extend far beyond technology; David is also a skilled writer who enjoys exploring his creative side in his free time.

Beyond his professional pursuits, David is a compassionate and caring individual who seeks personal growth and self-improvement in his daily life. He is a natural educator and leader, always eager to support and guide those around him. Whether lending a helping hand or sharing his knowledge and expertise, David is committed to making a positive impact on the world.

Not to mention his passion for barbeque and smoking meats. He now is the sole proprietor of Risk It Brisket in Arlington Texas. He currently sells slow smoked briskets made to order, with his main specialty being of course Texas-Style Brisket! He dreams to one day maybe have a BBQ book written about him.
