While Moeller (psychology, Mary Washington College) was developing an undergraduate psychology course on youth aggression and violence in the middle 1990s, he discovered no books that combined theory and research on moral development and aggression in normal children, with information on clinical manifestations of youthful antisocial behavior and violence.
