About the Author

Jeff Henry is a fitness professional with over 30 years of experience as a coach, competitor, and personal fitness consultant. His success stems from his drive to change people of all shapes and sizes to their artistic fitness level. As a coach, Jeff has trained high school students and college athletes in weight training and wrestling. During his 6 year career in the U.S. Marines, Jeff received the "Good Conduct Medal" for his service. As a personal fitness consultant, Jeff has changed the lives of hundreds of men and women with his contagious enthusiasm and commitment to enhanced their mental and physical well-being. And as an author, Jeff has decided to share with the public his fitness concepts is based on, designing and enhancing the quality of the human anatomy. Jeff Henry's education consists of two-year degrees one in Kinesiology/wellness, from El Camino College located in Torrance California. The author also received two bachelor science degree from Iowa State University, one in exercise science the other in psychology.
