Hart (Brit. foreign correspondent) has seen Arafat (UK subtitle Terrorist or peacemaker) through four editions. This first US edition is based upon the last of these. It is derived from extensive interviews with Arafat and the top leadership of the PLO. Two PLO women leaders have now also spoken out for the first time: Arafat's eldest sister and Abu Jihad's widow.
