About the Author

Peter is an artist, designer, author with a varied portfolio of traditional art, illustration and design that has now been aligned with digital artwork.

He has worked in oils on canvas, watercolour, graphite pencil, drybrush, paper sculpture and many other forms of media in a variety different styles.

"As a graphic designer / typographer, I have worked in design & advertising studios in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Wales and other locations with design teams. I later moved on to open my own design agency with my own clients and employees."

Client commissions for UK and European businesses have been varied and have included a considerable amount of package design, exhibition design, holiday, computer and lots of other brochures. DIY packs and instore display / point of sale material, livery, logos, and much more.

"Currently, I still produce artwork with mixed media on traditional paper or canvas. But for graphic work and publications I now sketch out basic illustration/designs then photograph these and work on them digitally, which still takes time if you want the right results."

Amongst many creative projects, Peter has also written, illustrated and published the children's picture book, 'Don't Dance on the Crocodiles' found on Google everywhere, along with a designer range of journals under the imprint, 'Paper Creatives Notebooks & Journals.'

TRIVOLIO, is the name he has given to his first book within this niche for 'Adults & Clever Kids’, which is about finding the artist in all of us. With further publications and designs for print work in hand, Peter always has plenty to do.
